You have up to 365-days to return your items - one full year!
Your satisfaction is what’s most important to us. That’s why we extended the return policy up to 365 days. Don’t hesitate with your purchases. In case your order doesn’t meet your expectations, simply send it back and we’ll refund or exchange your items.
1) Damaged items due to shipping
If you suspect that your items were damaged while being shipped, please email us at email@example.com immediately and provide us with a photo of the package and damaged items. We will contact you back right away with information regarding what to do next. Your email must be sent within 48 hours. Later complaints will not be considered.
2) Items damaged within 24 months after purchase
Were your items damaged by, for example, sunlight? Send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with a photo of your damaged item and we will contact you with information regarding what steps to take next.
3) Unsatisfied with ordered items
Maybe your items don’t match with the colour of your couch, or fit your apartment’s style. No problem, send back your items and we will issue a refund. Package your items securely (preferably in the original packaging) to avoid damage while being shipped, and send them to the address below.
In the package, please provide your name, order number, and account number where you’d like the refund money sent to you.
Please send the same information regarding your return to the email email@example.com.
We will send your refund within 14 days after receiving the returned items.
4) Receiving the wrong items
Have you received a different item than you ordered? Please send us a photo of the item you received to the email firstname.lastname@example.org. We will immediately contact you with information regarding what steps to take next.
5) Missing items in your order
Are there any items missing in your order? Send us a list of the missing items to the email email@example.com. We will immediately contact you with information regarding the next steps.
Please email us your refund preference. You can choose from the following two options:
- Money back
If you choose to return the items within 14 days, we will refund your purchase as well as the lowest priced shipping cost. After 14 days, you will only be refunded the price of the items.
Customized items (Print on demand, framing and Fotolia products) do not comply with the 14 day or 365 day return policy.
