If you happen to be not completely satisfied with the quality of the product (if it contains defects or flaws), you may return it within 30 Days of receipt and receive a free replacement or a full refund for the price of the product. Please note that shipping charges will not be refunded.

To return your items please pack them in the original tube. Be sure to specify the reason for the return, and what action you would like us to take: Free Replacement or Refund.

If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason we will be happy to give you a full refund if you return the goods undamaged to our freepost address within 14 days.
