We are proud of our products and we make sure that your purchased products is delivered to you in excellent condition – safely, securely and quickly. We work with top shipping services to guarantee your products is delivered right. Usually, we roll posters and other products that are easy to roll and insert it in durable, thick cardboard tubes. Before we dispatch reproduction, framed posters and pictures we securely cover the edges. Then we wrap them in plastic foil and put on the top protective layers - filling before putting into cardboard boxes.
What transport do you use ?
Depending on the combination of items you order, the order processing time will vary. In order to maintain competitive shipping rates, we ship all similar items in one shipment but to the customer satisfaction we try to keep all advertised products in stock. Note that orders are shipped/delivered only Monday – Friday. Delivery estimates do not include weekends. In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock or on backorder, we may hold the rest of your items until the item is restocked. As soon as it arrives in our warehouse, we will ship your entire order to you in one shipment. For the deliveries we cooperate with on of the best available shipper on the market DPL. DPL Express is the leading provider of business to business express delivery services.
When can I expect my ordered products ?
Delivery time for each product is stated together with the product in catalog on the web page. Generally, we dispatch posters within 48 h upon receiving order. Delivery time also depends on contracted shipper – DPL, but usually time estimated for delivery is 1-3 weeks. For the rest of our products it individual, but usually it is stated with the product when you procceed to check out. In any case when your order ships, we will e-mail you a Shipping Confirmation. If tracking service is available, we include the Tracking number in your Shipping Confirmation e-mail (if you do not receive a tracking number, then tracking service is not available for your package).Note that orders are shipped/delivered only Monday – Friday.
